To ensure that no student drops out of school and that children and youth from less privileged families receive quality education. We also aim to help them identify, explore, and develop their talents to positively impact their lives and communities.

At the heart of our mission for long-term impact is our student sponsorship program. Tumaini Schools Tanzania Foundation connects sponsors with students in need, providing support for tuition, academic assistance, room and board, uniforms, school supplies, student transportation, and participation in our Talent Development Program. This program is designed to help students facing financial challenges unlock their full potential.
As part of our long-term vision, we plan to track the success of our Tumaini Schools Tanzania Foundation graduates by following the paths of all our alumni. We aim to invite them back to Tumaini Schools Tanzania Foundation twice a year to reconnect, share updates on their journeys, and reflect on their experiences since leaving the foundation. Additionally, we will conduct follow-up assessments on the impact of our Talent Development Program to better understand how it has contributed to their growth. This ongoing initiative will help us evaluate our impact and gain insights into how a Tumaini education influences and sets our students apart in their future endeavors.
The goal of our expansion is to assist Tumaini Schools in developing key facilities that enhance the student experience. This includes building dormitories, providing school buses for transportation, creating a dining hall, and developing sports facilities. By focusing on these areas, we aim to create a more comprehensive and supportive environment that promotes both academic and personal growth for our students.
